In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aisotp" / "Platform" / "Site" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at aisotp.com, including all subpages, mobile browser versions, and associated services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on aisotp.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account associated with a unique username and password on aisotp.
• "BD T Wallet" refers to the player's BDT-denominated balance held within their aisotp account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts credited to a player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player directly via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or other accepted payment methods — distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required to confirm a player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all platform operations, settlement timings, and support availability on aisotp.

By accessing the aisotp platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

To be eligible to register and use aisotp, you must:

aisotp reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identification confirming date of birth — from any player at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by aisotp may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Each player may hold only one registered account on aisotp. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account on aisotp, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not register using false or misleading details, another person's identity, or any fictitious identity. aisotp accepts no liability for losses or issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who has accessed your credentials with or without your knowledge — is your responsibility. aisotp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

aisotp operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its obligations to prevent underage gambling, fraud, and financial crime. KYC verification may be requested at registration, before the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time during a player's use of the platform.

Documents that may be requested to complete KYC verification include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months);

Processing times may be longer outside standard BST hours, during public holidays, or where additional verification is required. aisotp reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Players may only withdraw to a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds are subject to separate withdrawal conditions as detailed in Section 7.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the account cashier and is subject to change at aisotp's discretion with reasonable notice.

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Time limits apply to all bonuses. Any uncompleted wagering requirement at the expiry of the specified period will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.

In the event of ambiguity, the Platform's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

General betting rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• All bet outcomes are determined by the official result as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic BPL fixtures).
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. aisotp accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect in-play data caused by third-party feed delays.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market.
• Maximum stake and maximum winnings per bet are subject to limits which may vary by market, sport, and player account status.

Casino game rules: All RNG slots and table games use independently certified random number generation systems. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface. Live casino games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, and are governed by the rules displayed at the respective tables.

All game results are final once the outcome has been confirmed by the system. No result reversal or adjustment will be made except where a verifiable technical malfunction has been recorded on the Platform's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on aisotp and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

aisotp employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected, aisotp reserves the right to void all bets and wagers placed during the relevant period, withhold and forfeit all associated winnings and balances, and permanently close the account without liability.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the aisotp platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit players to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any aisotp content without prior written authorisation.

aisotp accepts no liability for losses attributable to platform downtime, connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party service failures including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay payment processing delays caused by the payment provider's own systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aisotp's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, the player's account, or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aisotp shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;

• Losses resulting from the player's own negligence or breach of these Terms;
• Any technical failures, connectivity issues, or data transmission errors on the player's device or network.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits aisotp's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

aisotp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The player's account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The player is under 18 years of age;
• Continued account activity poses a regulatory or reputational risk to aisotp.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aisotp reserves the right to forfeit the entirety of the account balance, including Real Money Balance, Bonus Funds, and any pending winnings. Where closure is not related to a breach, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC, subject to the standard withdrawal processing timeframes.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates the date on which the current version entered into force. Continued use of the aisotp platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised agreement. In the event of any dispute between a player and aisotp relating to a bet result, withdrawal, account balance, bonus, or any other matter covered by these Terms, the following procedure applies:

• Step 1 — Customer Support: The player must first submit a written complaint to aisotp customer support at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant account details, and the outcome sought. aisotp will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours (BST) and endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.

• Step 3 — Final Decision: aisotp will issue a final written decision within 30 business days of receiving a formal escalated complaint. This decision represents aisotp's final position on the matter.

All decisions by aisotp regarding the interpretation of game rules, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms — shall be considered final and binding unless a demonstrable technical error on aisotp's systems can be evidenced by the player.
